Co-op postcards across the Upper Peninsula

One giant postcard. Thousands of local mailboxes.

UP Postcard puts local businesses on an oversized, full-color card full of deals, mailed right to homes in your area. Only one business per category gets on each card, so you are not sharing the page with your competitor.

More areas coming

Your town?

We are adding new Upper Peninsula areas. Tell me where you would like a card and I will keep you posted.

Want to be on more than one card, like Houghton and Marquette? That works. Text me and we will set it up.

How it works

Three steps, and I do the design

  1. Request your mockupTell me your business and category. I check that it is open and design your ad for free.
  2. Approve your adAsk for changes until you like it. Nothing prints without your OK.
  3. It hits mailboxesI handle printing, postage and the post office paperwork. Your ad lands in homes on mailing day.

What you get

Everything is handled

Your ad, designed for you

Send your logo and your offer. I build the ad and revise it until you are happy.

Category exclusivity

One business per category on each card. Once your category is taken on a card, nobody else in it gets on.

Printed and mailed

Thick, glossy, full color on both sides, mailed through USPS to homes on the selected routes.

A card people keep

A card full of local deals stays on the fridge for months, so your ad keeps working after mailing day.

Questions

Good to know

What does it cost?

Pricing is set for each card and depends on the area and what is going on that season. Text me and I will send current pricing for your area along with your free mockup.

What is the free mockup?

I design your ad for free, using your logo, your offer and your info, so you can see exactly how it will look on the card. You can ask for changes, and you only move forward if you like it.

Is my category open?

Each card has one business per category. Text me your business and category, and I will check it for the card you want.

What sizes are the ads?

Coupon and single ads are 3.5 x 1.8 inches, doubles take two spots, and quadruples take four. Sizes can vary slightly by card, so I confirm them when we talk.

When does each card mail?

Cards mail on a set date for each area, usually near the start of a season. Each area page shows the current date and ad deadline.

Can I be on more than one card?

Yes. Many businesses want to reach more than one area. Text me and we will plan it together.

I'm Russell. I run UP Postcard, a local co-op postcard business based in the Houghton area. We have mailed five postcards across Houghton County, and we are now adding Marquette.

I do it the same way every time: you get a free mockup, one business per category, and I handle the design, printing, postage and post office paperwork. Texting me is the fastest way to reach me.

Ready to see your ad on a card?

Text me your business name and category. I will check availability and send your free mockup.
